Majority of our shows are in Czech version only. We can offer to non-Czech speaking visitors shows “Astrology and Alchemy in the Court of Rudolph II.” and “Wanderers through Space and Time” in English language.

ASTROLOGY AND ALCHEMY          [ ]
IN THE COURT OF RUDOLPH II.

Under the reign of Rudolph II. Prague became the main European centre of science and art. The planetarium takes us back to the year 1600 and helps us to evoke the magic atmosphere of that period, in which man belived in power of star, magic and philophers’stone. We will learn about horoscope casting for the Emperor and a work of alchemists.

WANDERERS THROUGH SPACE AND TIME [ ]

The show is devoted to the interplanetary space probes Pioneer and Voyager which have been travelling for more than thirty years through Space. They have made the most productive unmanned space voyage so far and they are the first spacecrafts which have left the Solar System. The show has been prepared on the occasion of the International Astronautical Congress in Prague.
